Hello, my name is Qaiser Khan and I have been working at YWCA Toronto for over 15 years, and am presently at the Etobicoke JUMP location working with Newcomer Women in the role of Employment/Outreach Counsellor.  I have been active in the union for over 10 years and have been president for 2 years. I take this position very seriously and recognize the tremendous responsibility I have to represent the entire membership equally, fairly and to the best of my ability.  Although challenging at times, I feel honoured and equally rewarded in my capacity as President.
